Indoor Air Testing for Mold

When you partner with Tech-Smart Inspections, LLC, for an indoor air quality test, we can perform the screening in one or multiple rooms of concern. In any given room, we will use a Breeze Environmental Tester, a device that draws air molecules into a cassette. This runs for 5 to 10 minutes per room.

When the screening is complete, we will send the cassette and air samples to an independent, state-certified lab to be analyzed. It takes 3 to 5 business days on average to receive your results.

If mold spores are detected at high levels, then we will offer you a discounted mold assessment service. This is the next step that will put you on track for resolving your mold issue and improving the air you and your family breathe every day.

Indoor Air Testing for Other Contaminants
